@WendyLopez43 I think the way women were being trained to be supervisors and managers was the root of the problem. I’m sure there are some great women bosses but I never had one there.

I've had bad bosses of both genders and good bosses of both genders. It just depends on what kind of people they are.

My husbands current boss is a woman and we think she's psycho/evil

He said some of the best bosses he had were women, but unfortunately the worst ones are women
