Am I the only woman who prefers having a woman boss?

@cherokeepatti I've had great woman bosses and horrible men ones.

@WendyLopez43 I think the way women were being trained to be supervisors and managers was the root of the problem. I’m sure there are some great women bosses but I never had one there.
