Bald co-worker

Kind of a sensitive one here, if a co-worker wore a wig and it was a good one and no one knew he was bald.
Then some people at work found out and you know what happens next right? Everyone knows. There are around 120
of us, but due to the nature of the work we work in groups not on site. Would you just ignore it or say something
to them about their wig? I mean the guy is as bald as an eagle.

Bald guy here. Sounds like dude needs to embrace reality and start shaving what's left of his hair. I'm not sure making fun of him is the way to convince him, though. Nor do I think friendly persuasion will convince him. He's obviously deep in denial. So maybe just don't worry about it, and let things take their course? Eventually, he's going to hear someone talking about him, and you don't want it to be you.

@LordShadowfire Some men can pull off the bald look really well whether voluntary or not. Maybe his co-worker just cannot.

But yeah adults in a work environment do not typically make fun of other's appearance unless someone chooses to look bad like some guy I work with who doesn't comb his hair nor pull up his pants. He has a full head of hair, it just looks like he JUST got out of bed.
