I think I am going to just drink coffee instead of eating today

Sometimes it does us good to fast. I did just eat a whole pomegranate with a tub of Kefir yogurt over the top though. But I do fast every so often.

I've had six cups of coffee, one Monster, and two Diet Pepsi's since 330am CST. No food, I don't know if I'll have any today or not.

I had a big cup of coffee and some fruit salad. I’m not sure if they cancel each other out or not.

If they didn’t keep putting candy out at the office I’d still be on my coffee diet.
