Haha sorry this made me laugh coz I had to really think about this.
So since having our son there's been times where we've started in the evening and realised we're just too tired, literally stopped slept the whole night then started again really early.
It's funny coz I suppose you don't really think about these things before having kids.
The mind is willing but the body is just flatt out. 🤭🤭🤭

If this isn't something that is working for you perhaps there might have to be inclusion of other things to fill the 10 min gap so you're not exactly stopping and starting.
