Every workplace is MY workplace.
My co-workers aren't my family, they're mostly leeches just showing up to collect a paycheck, and all they ever seem to do is talk and joke, but never go anywhere.
Be ungovernable. Managers don't control shit, lead by example, earn respect to get respect, or suffer my passive aggressive insubordination.
Work everyone under the table for the first 3 months, then make your demands known. You'll have the company by the balls, esp. if you can help them trim the fat (IE. the slackers). By that point, your co-workers will hate you for pushing the standards of the company, but your managers will be eying you for that promotion.
Never let them get you under their thumb, keep your nose clean when playing dirty, scorch the Earth if they play dirty. Make them fear you.
Be a tyrant until you're the manager, then hire the best people for the job, and let them be happy in their work.
Fuck the Head Office; they'll nag you all day, and no matter how hard you work, they'll eventually find a way to fire you for someone cheaper. Don't pay them any mind.

Just because it's not labelled, doesn't mean you can take it or eat it.
Apparently! How the heck was I supposed to know that? 🤷🏼

At my old job?
1. Certain people (the hot women) get to do whatever they want, like show up late repeatedly or sleep on the job, but if the rest of us do it, we get a warning or just fired.
2. Always kiss the boss's ass. Otherwise you get fired. (Seriously)
3. Don't touch the boss's gym equipment. 🙄 He was 80 years old and had a face full of plastic surgery and botox, used steroids to attempt to look bigger than he should've been, and dyed his hair to look like he is in his 50s. He had a full gym in the back of the warehouse but no one was allowed to touch it except for him (and the hot women, who could do whatever they wanted).
