I work from home. Pants are optional if you don’t stand up during Teams meetings.

It seems like dress codes tend to be pretty relaxed at most jobs. I guess they figure two things -
Companies do not want to pay for uniforms.
People might be more productive if they are dressed reasonably comfortable, as much as you can or should at work.

I can on casual days but choose not to, a lot of the female co-workers wear jeans so tight you wonder how can they breathe.
