It lasted probably over an hour.

I had finally HAD IT!!! Lying under multiple blankets, heat was pretty high and nothing made me warm.

I’m so glad the days of hot flashes and night sweats are over. I could be up two-three times a night, drenched like I’d run a marathon. Showering and changing sheets a couple of times a night was common. It was awful, and I was exhausted most days.

I’m good during the day but I found lowering my heat to 65 and blowing the fan directly on me and freezing my husband to death works wonders during the night.

I did not get that stuff. Maybe because in the geographic area of my house there wasn't any bad news about menopause as such, and I never paid attention to missed periods before.
My relatives who did get the symptoms took estrogen pills and feel much better. It's risky but people think it's worth it. Doctors prescribe those.

May be you should move to Alaska

It takes a long time to subside. My wife still has hot flashes even when she has the room so cold she could hang meat. No winners!

I’m scared. I’m 24 and get random flashes of feeling extremely hot and irritable. I’m nervous for my future lol

How about the sore boobs for 2 weeks? The irregular bleeding. The fatigue. The pressure in your head. Right now I have no in between temperature. I'm either hot or cold. Thankfully I still have my libido but i do have insane vaginal dryness
