This was an fing SHOCK to me: Cold Flashes Ladies.

According to the literature, it's due to the disregulation or malfunction of the hypothalamus, which controls our temperature.
Wow.

Not a mini flash on no.
It lasted probably over an hour.

I had finally HAD IT!!! Lying under multiple blankets, heat was pretty high and nothing made me warm.

A warm shower to the rescue!

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON We have a friend who lives in Alaska that was the opposite. With her hot flashes she’d stand on her balcony topless as the snow fell!
Toward the end my wife also experienced the cold flashes also. I would throw twin sheets into the dryer to warm them for her.
