I get them on the regular. Best thing without meds is constant ice. I forget the name, but there’s an ice pack brand that ships with vaccines to doctors offices that stays ice cold all night and I don’t even feel cold like most people do. I get them from my doctors offices. It’s almost like a sponge, but it feels like it’s frozen all night. If you get them regularly, you should see if you can find one.
@MellyMel22 this is helpful, thank you💙 I'll check for an equivalent of it because I doubt any doctor would give me anything that isn't designed for migraines, they just about prescribe you specific medications you do need lol
@HijabaDabbaDooI told mine that I used one that came w/my migraine shot(truth) and that it stays frozen way longer and asked if they had any spares. I usually keep it in a ziplock, but my teen must’ve got to that one and took it out.
