The Cleaning Lady Scores Again!!!!
If you read my post where I accused myself of being a technological ditz.there's MORE!!!
I have VERY bad allergies, and I am always stuffed up. My lungs aren't too happy, either.
SO...a long time ago I bought a Coway air purifier ionizer. For some reason, I forgot that it purifies the AIR I breathe...(and could only remember that it was an ionizer). (Asthma.Net doesn't like ionizers, so I left it sitting on the floor all alone and unused).
I remembered 2 days ago, that it is not JUST an ionizer, and turned it on!!! YAY!!! TA DA!!! Light dawns over marblehead!!!
And then...*gasp*...the red light came on...which means it was dirty!!!
Now, I've been up since 3 a.m. coughing and blowing my nose, and I started cleaning that thing. I even cleaned a grate at the back out with Q-tips. It is CLEAN.
I turned it back on, and I was feeling all happy and proud of myself, and I mentioned to the cleaning lady probably FOUR times about the Q-Tips...🤣🤣🤣
So she is looking at the air purifier, kind of puzzled...and she says...is that supposed to be on the FLOOR?
She mentioned a couple of times that the floor is usually the dirtiest place in the house...and finally, because she wouldn't let it drop, I researched proper placement of my Coway air purifier.
Turns out it is NOT supposed to be shoved up against the wall, out of the way, on the FLOOR. IN FACT...it is supposed to be in the exact middle of the room, at a height of approximately 5 to 6', AND it must be totally unobstructed.
So I moved a few things, and it has it's own little table now...not at the requisite height...but...baby steps, baby steps.
And can I just say that I should NEVER EVER be allowed to have mechanical or technological objects of ANY kind????? AND I could probably use a MINDER????
🤣🤣🤣
