Why are the latest new coffins transparent and so popular?

A tomb with a view.

Have no idea, are they Tupperware coffins or something? Maybe it’s to help keep the smell down if the body is a little ripe or something, closed coffins might help with that.

Gave it some thought and expect to be heard this way.

This is a two part answer:

A1: 'Remains' to be seen (the remains of the corpse are to be seen through the transparent coffin)

A2: People are just dying to get in there (old funeral parlor joke)
