@Morrigan the NY Museum of Natural History had a great exhibit about poisons, based on the book The Poisoner's Handbook. It was great.

They live in the castle, own the land, I guess she seen it as a project and bring life back into the town, it was maybe to bring tourism back, they also filmed Harry Potter at the castle. It definitely changed and become very popular to visit.
