Carnivore diet

I’m looking to go on a carnivore diet but I’m also lifting weights and doing HIIT workouts (4 days HIIT & 2 days weights). I’ve looked online about weight lifting etc while on a carnivore diet and most results are saying “yes, it’s possible”
Does anyone have any experience in what I’m planning to do.

So, you are considering a carnivore eating regimen prior to a keto regimen? 🤔😳 A carnivore diet before a keto diet is a risk as it is a MASSIVE shock for your body. AND very not fun, as you will be in diarrhoea mode 27/7, and trust me, well, don`t take my word for it, look into FB carnivore group.
It is not for faint of heart.
I would ease into it, start by limiting your carbs, processed foods, all carbs, do it gradually.

you will need to listen to your body and adapt your eating accordingly; only you will know the best route to take.

I was not able to maintain a mostly keto diet because the detox pain and generally `flu like` symptoms: it can last a very long time, it was all much too intense.
