Carnivore diet
I’m looking to go on a carnivore diet but I’m also lifting weights and doing HIIT workouts (4 days HIIT & 2 days weights). I’ve looked online about weight lifting etc while on a carnivore diet and most results are saying “yes, it’s possible”
