I need help with my eating habits. Any advice? This is me currently and I HATE it!!

Begin with a few high colonics or administered enemas. Then begin walking daily preferably on an incline. Try avoiding the foods you’re taking and if you have a primary physician, seek nutritional advice.
Cut out carbs and sugar. Stay away from alcohol, sodas (regular and diet).
Drink water and start walking about an hour a day.

@kpopfanexo90 once you teach yourself to enjoy food that isn't jacked up with artificial ingredients, you won't be able to go back. Start with working on eating foods that will expire, and eat them before they do

I suggest intermittent fasting. You'll know it's working when the dishes don't pile up as fast.

Fruit, vegetables, protein, exercise.

Theres no get thin quick scheme.

Just eat right and use your body.

moderation and get outside to sweat off the pounds. any kind of manual labor, or walk steep hills

Stop eating so much... Leave the table wanting more, not when you're full
