I am training to get more ripped this year. So more cardio and more repeat when doing weights.

@robertsnj my diet could be a lot better. My wife has health problems too so we both need to improve my diet. It's been 10 years since I had my heart attack.

I need to... I lost 80 lbs when I went through the cancer ordeal... couldn't and then didn't want to eat. I was skin and bones. Then about a year and a half ago I got my appetite back and gained half that back in what seemed like minutes.

I was good at that weight, but now I'm starting to put more on, so I need to get on a sensible diet, which I am on, except that I've been snacking whenever the mood hit... I am going to have to quit that.

At 6'1" I'm good at anything under 200, but I seriously need to watch myself. So no real goal, it's more I need to stop eating the goodies I make🤣

Yes I do, I weigh 200lbs and have been this weight for a while, I've just plateaued I do light exercise but intend on increasing it, walking, lifting light 5lbs dumbells and use the SIT exercises whenever I have the chance...I eat relatively well! My only problem is that I eat too much before bed! Bad very bad! Can't lose weight if your packing it on at night! I want to lose about 70 lbs
