weight loss goals

Do you have weight loss goals and if so what? How is that project going?

Yes I do, I weigh 200lbs and have been this weight for a while, I've just plateaued I do light exercise but intend on increasing it, walking, lifting light 5lbs dumbells and use the SIT exercises whenever I have the chance...I eat relatively well! My only problem is that I eat too much before bed! Bad very bad! Can't lose weight if your packing it on at night! I want to lose about 70 lbs
