Your bigger friend sounds amazing is she single

The two best diets for losing weight is intermittent fasting and keto. Intermittent is easier for most.

And some light to moderate (not heavy) workouts after fasting for 12+ hours... heavy workouts while fasting can leave to mistakes and injuries.

I think a smoothie diet isnt a bad idea. Your still getting all your nutrients if you make them right. Also a morning routine work out can be tough to start but once you get used to it you will feel great. I forgot the word i wanted to use, but when you wake up earlier than everyone else and achieve something it feels really gratifying. David goggins is a good inspiration if you like a hard ass. Just have a goal that you want to be and get obsessed with it. Dont stop until you become that vision of yourself. Never give up.

I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I am m a type 2 diabetic who was at 250 lbs. After my parents death I thought about my own life. My unhealthy eating and lack of exercise. I ended up doing Weight Watchers and started tracking all of my food and kept within my limits week. I started talking daily, it took me a year, but I lost 90lbs.

You can do it. It takes effort, but it is worth it for your own sake. I hope the best for you.

I went vegetarian and ate moderately smaller portions than before. Most people fail because they eat nothing but tiny salads and eventually cave in. I was still eating enough to function as well as many meals that I genuinely enjoyed. Ended up losing 40 pounds in a single year. I also started working a manual job that served as my exercise.

There is an app called Myfitnesspal, you can download for free. It tracks your calorie intake and exercise so that you know how much weight you will lose or gain over time.

Wow that’s a lot.

What are your work hours?
Lexiitexii · 31-35, F
@Muthafukajones I make my own schedule but it’s the kinda job where the more you work the more you make cause it’s Independent contract work. So if it’s slow during mornings, I’ll have to wait for it to pick up on night shift. It’s not always like that but I kinda have to get caught up on some things

Diet is 90 percent of weight loss especially for women as it is muscles that are most efficient at burning fat and women on average have less muscle mass than men. Eat a high protein zero carb breakfast. Limit portions. Eat a lot of vegetables that are low carb. Eat avocados to feel full. By eating zero carbs and keeping calorie intake to less than 1200 per day you can burn 20LBS a month. Make sure to eat lots of vegetables and at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh daily to maintain your health. Also drink a lot of water.
