Hi, does anyone know of any FREE weight loss/nutrition apps out there. I’ve found a couple and after I fill in my weight, height etc…it then asks for payment. If not apps maybe a good YouTube channel.

my fitness pal is a free app that you can pay into or not I use it all the time, it calculates your calories of the foods you eat and takes into account your daily exercise! and tells you where you will be in 4 weeks if you ate like that.
