Weight loss!

Hi, does anyone know of any FREE weight loss/nutrition apps out there. I’ve found a couple and after I fill in my weight, height etc…it then asks for payment. If not apps maybe a good YouTube channel.

MyFitnessPal is good, offers a lot of variety, etc. even if you don't pay for it.
