My Weight Loss Journey

So, two months in and I'm 14 lbs lighter.

No bread, pasta, rice, sugary drinks.
I had my gall bladder removed years ago, so fatty foods were out long before this journey.

I snack on trail mix and just eat salad or sautee veggies with my chicken, salmon, or turkey.

At times I feel frustrated.
At times I'm excited.
Just taking it one day at a time.

My gall bladder was removed in 2002, I am actually afraid to eat out.

@NativePortlander1970 I don't eat at quick service restaurants like McDonald's. If I do fast casual restaurants like Applebee's, I stick to salads with basalmic dressing. But, for high-end restaurants, my digestive systems does good.
@CheshireAzur With me anything I eat or drink is a risk of a running trip to the restroom, even water, or even a sniff of cooking food has set me off a few times over the years.
