My Weight Loss Journey

So, two months in and I'm 14 lbs lighter.

No bread, pasta, rice, sugary drinks.
I had my gall bladder removed years ago, so fatty foods were out long before this journey.

I snack on trail mix and just eat salad or sautee veggies with my chicken, salmon, or turkey.

At times I feel frustrated.
At times I'm excited.
Just taking it one day at a time.

Sounds like you're doing well! You're right about refined carbohydrates...and 'fizz' is just empty calories. I find what works for me is a diet that I can sustain, plus a fair bit of exercise.

@supersnipe Definitely doing walks for when I can't hit the gym. But agree, got to find what is sustainable.
