Day two of no eating

So far I just feel very tired, I keep yawning, but I haven’t eaten anything. My PJ bottoms are a bit loose on me now so is that a good thing? I don’t know, but so far so good!

Why aren't you eating? You aren't doing your body any favors. You will put yourself into 'starvation mode' and your body will begin to hang on to every calorie once you begin eating again. You'll also ruin your metabolism like that and it will make it harder to shed weight at all. I saw you are planning this for 20 - 25 days? In that length of time, you'll F up your electrolytes and probably end up in the hospital. Just eat sensibly, get regular exercise, and stay healthy while you work on weight loss.

Just how far are you willing to take this? There comes a point where you'll need to get serious and get on a healthy diet

mmm, I am going to say from personal fitness starving yourself is a harmful way of staying fit, the best way to stay fit is to have a good diet, not going to lie but if you don't have a good diet exercising won't help you very much, and starving yourself will only hurt you more than help you

Wow so you are fasting for 20-25 days. You know once you eat again you'll just put all that weight back on.
