Day two of no eating

So far I just feel very tired, I keep yawning, but I haven’t eaten anything. My PJ bottoms are a bit loose on me now so is that a good thing? I don’t know, but so far so good!

mmm, I am going to say from personal fitness starving yourself is a harmful way of staying fit, the best way to stay fit is to have a good diet, not going to lie but if you don't have a good diet exercising won't help you very much, and starving yourself will only hurt you more than help you
