Losing weight

Im currently in a program to lose weight. I’m doing mainly weight training plus on a calorie deficit. But would it also benefit me going on the treadmill doing the old few miles to help with the weight loss or should I just carry on with the weight training.

Calorie restriction with cardio vascular workout ups your calorie burn... Adding the weight training increases muscle mass furthering the calorie burn.... It's hard work, keep it up!
