I've lost about 5 lbs in the last two months but it's been up and down with today being a huge loss of 3lbs. I had been holding at around 154-155 for several days and this morning I weighed in at 151.

We have two types of weight, actual mass and water content.

When we experience drastic fluctuations in our weight (3 lbs would count as that), it's typically water weight. So, watch your hydration levels today because a dehydrated body does not function optimally.

@Ferric67 I have and I keep track of my sodium/fluid intake and note fluctuations. This is actual loss. My shirts fit better.

Slowly but surely! More important to change your habits rather than numbers.
Weigh yourself once a week and note the trend not daily fluctuations
