@Sevendays It is a retirement community that spans over 40 square miles. They have four themed towns in it. Brown Wood looks like an old West town. Another one is themed like a New England town. It is so cool. The shops and restaurants are fabulous.

@Musicman my friend loves it there. She retired from the postal service at 55 and moved down there then.

@Sevendays It's wonderful! But, the monthly HOA fees are a killer. Visiting is super fun though. 🙂🙂🙂
