I hate cold weather

It causes literal, physical pain to my skin. My hands get partially paralyzed too. Getting out of bed is made much more difficult because the cold air is actual whiplash when you were previously used to the nice and warm blankets.

Further not helping is that I get persistently sick in the winter. Symptoms like a runny nose, excessive sneezing, and head and chest pains (feels different from a headache, but still sucks) start in October and do not clear until May.

My ancestors moved to the warm south 300 years ago and never left. There's a reason my brain shuts down when it hits the 30's outside.

You likely have Raynaud's Syndrome. I was diagnosed with it in 1989

You could move to warm climate?

Sleep with the heater on? Probably too expensive to do that...😟

@Thevy29 It can't be on all the time unfortunately. It usually happens to be off at the time I need to get up. I rent a room, so I can't control the house temperature. At least we have a working heater.
