Neither stops me in life much, I can find things to do in either but you can only legally remove so much clothing when it gets too hot but there is no limit to how much you can put on when it's too cold.

Winter more than Summer. 97°F here in Denver today. I didn't accomplish a thing.

I prefer the heat but up to a point.
