Do you keep the eggs inside the refrigerator during summers?

Why not?

Yes, all year round.

I lift out as many as I need 30 minutes before using them, to allow them to return to room temperature.

I was given some duck eggs recently. Much greater proportion of yolk to white than hen eggs.
