Yes, all year round.
I lift out as many as I need 30 minutes before using them, to allow them to return to room temperature.
I was given some duck eggs recently. Much greater proportion of yolk to white than hen eggs.

Once eggs have been refrigerated, they have to be kept in the fridge from then on.
It is difficult to find eggs that haven't been refrigerated yet. So yes, I do. All year round.

Store bought in the fridge. They have been washed. Country fresh eggs (unwashed) are hard to come by around here. They can be stored at room temperature.

In Canada, we’re supposed to keep the store bought eggs in the fridge all year round because the protective coating is removed
Donotfolowme · 51-55, F
@Jenny1234 ohhh is there a protection on eggs? Please explain more
We also buy from the store and at times farmers market

@Donotfolowme I think you’re in the states so you need to refrigerate your eggs that you buy at the store.
When they are taken from the farm, they are sprayed and the ‘bloom’, which is a protective covering. is removed as a result of the spraying. once that bloom is removed, eggs need to be refrigerated.
If you’re buying from the farmers market, ask if the bloom is intact or if it has been removed and that will tell you whether or not you need to refrigerate your eggs.
