Four seasons in one morning

I rose at 5.00am to do my stretches in the garden and was greeted by the gentle warmth of the rising sun.

There was a brief thunderstorm while I was having breakfast.

The sun came out again while I was running and I got overheated because I'd put on three layers.

But soaked to the skin by the time I'd got back and now I've lit a log fire because my feet are so cold.

I love the British climate 🇬🇧😌💖
