Looks like my wrist, you poor kid. My "bump" is up a little higher, right on top of my wrist, so it is always painful, and never goes away.

Just ice up your injury, and take some tylenol.

If you are medically able to take ibuprofen or other NSAID, it may help relieve the pain and help keep any swelling in check
