Personally, I would run away. However, the photos of the Mexican police who were badly injured by rock throwing members of the caravan were gruesome, and I think Trump is correct that our military have to be able to defend themselves. Rocks can be lethal.

First of all, CNN is garbage. You'd do better listening to the crazy hobo ranting on the corner than to get your "news" from them.
Second, I fully agree that our military has the right to defend themselves from any type of attack. Thousands of people storming our border, and attacking our military, is an armed invasion, pure and simple, and totally deserves a strong response.

Throw a rock at a cop and see what happens....why should be any different for the military??? If someone wants to tempt fate then go ahead and do it, I won't have sympathy for them when what happens, happens.

Wasnt really sure where you were coming from on this.. All I can think of is how utterly imbecilic Trump's words are.. he honestly makes me want to puke with his ignorance... Can the man not speak an intelligent sentence? As for the it's the military.. THEY are trained, they can and should protect themselves but this is not a case where they should be acting in anything other than a planned rational way.

Even if rocks were thrown, the troops can’t fire back. But by the time the caravan gets to the U.S. border there won’t be many people left. That 7,000 has already dropped to 3500 and will continue to decrease before the midterms.
