A lot of Bethesda fans talk mad shit about Starfield

All saying it’s really boring and how it’s a new franchise no one asked for, that they could’ve spent that time developing a new Fallout or Elder Scrolls game…

I really like it. 🤷‍♀

I've heard many mixed comments on Star field, from boring to not as good as weapon choices to all instance's layouts being the same. I know those were probably comparing it to Skyrim where they are all different layouts.

i've heard No man's sky which is online has vastly improved and is huge.

Since you like Starfield, kudos to you, enjoy it.

@AllycatAD I think it’s a game that requires a lot of patience and a taste of exploration of liminal spaces, which I have both. But Bethesda isn’t really known for either, so fans of their prior games just didn’t mesh well with it. But then there are gamers like me who don’t mind the change of pace and can enjoy it for what it is.

@Ducky Sounds like one that I've been trying to find time for called horizon zero dawn.

sure battling robot dinos get's a bit boring, but that's part of the game, many require planning ahead, knowing strengths, weaknesses, some use lasers, flames, some charge, run away, walkers are the easiest, a shot in the eye with a persion arrow will take one of them down.

some require a tripcaster, or and ropecatser so, yeah it requires planning.

my understanding there are plans to come out with a multiplayer version.

as of 2024 there is a PC version available on steam.
many YouTube videos on tactics, lore etc...
