Do I go straight or get in left lane?

I have to make a trip today, but this intersection is odd to me. It's in the US. The arrow is where I am and the star is where I have to go.

Is this a left turn or do I go straight? It's not specifically showing left or straight on the GPS and I have to leave very soon.

UPDATE: The GPS said, at the traffic light make a slight left onto Duke Rd. It was barely even a turn, but coming from the other direction you just go straight into the shoulder so it's more of a turn coming from the other way.

Gross intersection. I’d do left lane and try to turn, but it depends on the signs at the intersection.

We have a few intersections like that here. Unless the signs say otherwise, I’d get in the left lane and go straight across to the star location.

@Quimliqer yeah the line on the GPS is angling left so that's what I'm going to do plus it'll probably even tell me which lane to be in, but I'm going to get in left lane. Thanks

I think the left lane is the correct here like other people said. My guess is it'll be more obvious when you see the lights (I hope). Maybe see what it looks like on street view.
