Do I go straight or get in left lane?

I have to make a trip today, but this intersection is odd to me. It's in the US. The arrow is where I am and the star is where I have to go.

Is this a left turn or do I go straight? It's not specifically showing left or straight on the GPS and I have to leave very soon.

Gross intersection. I’d do left lane and try to turn, but it depends on the signs at the intersection.

@twiigss With luck there’ll be someone ahead of you who goes that way, making it clear that you can turn that way.

@Tarnished yeah that's usually what I hope for. But when I saw that intersection the other day I was like, really?!
