Anyone know cars? .battery light on and Engine oil pressure light

My actual engine light has been on for a while but some told me it's probably a faulty computer thing if there's no sounds and it's running fine. Well now my battery light is on and Engine oil pressure light. The car won't start at all.. nothing.

Is it probably a dead battery? Now my hood won't pop open too. Occasionally it gets stuck and won't pop up. If I call AAA, could they somehow pop it open?? I'm so stressed if this is a battery issue or engine. Any ideas???

Your oil pump is bad. You might have blown your engine already. Usually the check engine light is for your emission system. How do you know that you lost oil pressure if the car doesn’t crank? If the car is not running you will obviously not have any pressure.

@specman Maybe, but I've had that happen because the oil pressure got too low as well. In my case, one of the pistons needed re-ringed, and the car was burning through oil like American troops bringing "freedom" burn through civilian towns, lol.
