Technology already exists where those paralysed but have eye movement can optically scan letters or words on screen that then converts it to sound or telephone message to be able to send messages.

@Picklebobble2 It’s a system known as Eye Gaze and I know several people with MND (ALS) who use it to communicate 🙂

I had a schoolmate who's father is a quadriplegic, and has limited use of his arms and hands and every time there was a school play or Christmas concert, he would record the event with a video camera mounted on a tripod.
