How could a person paralyzed from neck down take photos?

I imagine its possible using computer software linked to a camera.
Technology already exists where those paralysed but have eye movement can optically scan letters or words on screen that then converts it to sound or telephone message to be able to send messages.

@Picklebobble2 It’s a system known as Eye Gaze and I know several people with MND (ALS) who use it to communicate 🙂
