A friend of mine died last night.

& while I'm not suggesting that we should all go snort marijuana & crack cocaine out of a fiver doller hookers aids riden asshole i will say this; He is the second professional fitness instructor I've known, who didn't drink smoke do crack & still died young. Really young in my opinion. He was only forty-six.

The takeaway is that nothing really fucking matters.
