Rotting Brain

You don't forget things until you one day you realise you haven't thought about them in a while. Otherwise, you're just ignoring them while they stay in the corner or your mind's eye.

That's what I've experienced with SW among other social media. You can only take in so much information before you lose attention. With academic lessons, you turn your attention to other things that burden you less and bring you more joy. With social media, all you have to do is scroll down to more brainrot.

If you're in a short period of consciousness as you're reading this, and you haven't made a noise in the past couple of hours, maybe it's time to put your screen away for a little bit. :)

And welcome back to all those wonderful things
We need to put down the phones and go find beauty in nature.

Brain rot. Lol, indeed.
You can only take in so much information before you lose attention.
Those long drawn out overthinking posts become exhausting. Nothing is solved. Life goes on. 🍪
I think 95% of what I've been doing lately is scrolling.

Thankfully, I'll have to go to work soon. No scrolling there.

@SinlessOnslaught Hurts to work when you've made a habit of scrolling. Thank god for self-control.
@tachy I need the routine anyway.
