If you had the option to work your current job for the next two years or go on a fully paid for vacation for the next two years what would you choose?

Fully paid for two years? And I don't need to show up?

I would buy a new, more ocean capable boat and set off to circumnavigate the world.

While I would prefer the paid vacation, there are both pros and cons to this option

easily the vacation and would go back to Norway. I would take my son and I guess his mother since its for 2 years

Strike while the option is there, opportunity doesn't knock twice. Visit places that I have read about in books. I would like to visit and dive the wrecks of "WWII", definitely "Truk Lagoon". Cage diving with sharks, after all it is "Shark Week".

It would be a permanent vacation down south, with my dogs, by car. Took me 15 hours to drive back up to my hometown from Northern GA

I would buy several pairs of walking boots and walk the entire coastline of Britain. Visit all the offshore islands. And walk the length of each national park 🙂

I won’t even let my mind go there anymore. It’s pointless. I’m not going anywhere ever again. Life for me, is essentially over now.

Work. I can go on vacation whenever I want. If I stay away for 2 years, my businesses would cease to exist.

I'll be off to an underrated place - the Philippines. After the two years is up I quit.
