If we don't teach drilling a hole in the skull to relieve headaches, due to people's beliefs, why do we teach taking 2 aspirin?

aspirin- is actually just acetylsalicylic acid which is a blood thinner and anti inflammatory derived from quite a few plants and it couldnt be patented because like weed, its natural.. so they warn its really bad for you to take long term and invented the artifical form paracetamol to make money off of. I have a friend with debilitating degenerative arthritis who wouldnt even survive without aspirin. Its more effective than many man made drugs for a variety of illnesses

Because drilling a hole in your head doesn't make your headache go away, but often times, if you take an aspirin, it will.

Money for pharmaceutical companies.
