Smash your pillow into your bed or scream into your pillow or squeeze a pair of socks or do something relaxing like a bath

Definitely don't keep burying it, that's what creates dis-ease.
Physical activity can really help, I sledgehammered a fence that needed to be taken down. Boy that felt good :)

@Peaceful: I think that might be it, I take it out on a device which I think is actually realatively better than taking it out on other people 🤔

@dark548: you may need to set better boundaries honey. If we go along all the time with what others want without taking into account what we want and need, anger manifests.

I have the same problem. I get very frustrated over not being able to get something right. I can really go off.
if you have a problem with anger then you could get counseling.

@AliceinWonderland: I'm not sure it's a problem relatively, I rarely get angry. To me it's a problem but compared to the rest of the population I'd say there is no problem at all. I'm kinda hard on myself I guess.
@dark548: if it's just normal anger than a healthy way to release it would be to take a break to calm down and breathe. like walk away and wait until you aren't so upset and talk with whoever if it is with a person. exercise is good. writing is good too or talking to someone, venting.
