It's likely the "thousand cock stare" phrasing is supposed to be a kind of reference to the "thousand yard stare".
But I think the idea itself isn't really about a specific stare or a look in the girl's eyes. In a scientific test, I think there is no way to judge the number of "cocks ridden" and the resulting "trauma" by looking in a girl's eyes...
After all, "riding cock" is likely not pathologically toxic to a person's mental state or so horribly traumatic as a consensual activity and is unlikely to induce some sort of semi permanent facial expression from dissociation and depression.
If a quantity of cock could Induce the same symptoms of PTSD and deep depression as war veterans wishing for their.life to end, then the CDC would immediately put out a health warning about cock. And a health warning about relationships with men.
More likely "Thousand cock stare" is just an umbrella term for perceiving a lack of
being impressed, interested, sincerity, eagerness, etc and then retroactively assuming that the woman who looks like she's been through shit and seen everything and been there, done that must be that way because she's fucked 1000 men. And only has short term relationships and is a hot mess and utterly joyless.
In truth, from a psychological perspective, Any dissociation or disinterest, or insincerity and eagerness could be due all kinds of reasons. But probably.mostly the quality of experiences and their mental state and how they cope with it. You can be traumatized by, bored by, put off by one person or many people or a hundred people, I suppose. So perhaps it could easily be called a one cock stare or a five cock stare.
Calling it a thousand cock stare may be more of a slutshaming tactic by someone who wants to fantasize about someone being young and innocent, inexperienced, bubbly, and easily impressed by very little or by them, etc. Rather then trying to pull someone who has more experience and won't put up with bullshit.

I know people who have sad eyes, people who dissociate, people who have an odd stare. People who don't care and are jaded about men and romance and.relationships.and have a ridiculous amount of one night stands and feel unsatisfied at the idea of a long relationship. None of them have to do with amount of fucking or the amount of relationships they have had.
I also know people.living their best lives having fucked hundreds of people and still going and they have joy in their lives, they feel fulfilled. They have shown to be capable of long term relationships and feelings, they just aren't interested in anything other then an open relationship.
Men could easily have such a stare as well. I knew someone who had some bad experiences with women and was unfortunately prone to staring at women he liked because he'd get mentally stuck and lost in a depressive thought in a way. No one says that is a stare of a thousand pussies. Or do they? Hmm...
Though I think some.men do get jaded over time, espeically if they have multiple bad experiences. But that doesn't make them soul less, depressed, unable to have feelings, and unfulfilled.
Perhaps it's assumed that within the quantity of a thousand is some sort of percentage of bad experiences vs good experiences and that bad would always win out somehow? Or a subtle nod of
ego (you should fuck me, but not anyone else? Because everyone else is probably bad for you?)
