I like wings

I don't know what it's called. There is this small muscle near the thigh, sort of almond shaped.
Thats the only part of the turkey worth eating.
Also, I don't really like turkey.

Probably dark meat but I don't like sliced baked turkey that much especially white meat. I like the juices from the turkey,maybe with some chopped up darkmeat and celery, onions.
You can make sandwiches with this, eat over noodles, or eat over baked potatoes.

If the turkey is smoked I like the wings and neck for my beans and soup stocks.
