I have high anxiety and such, what helps me is deep breathing, music, reading, and ive learned to write my feelings out. Plus, i do take meds.

Well, this was on the web, but warm up some milk and then put a couple pinches of nutmeg in it and it really helps you sleep well. Shake well if you put it in a nutritional drink. It's delicious in there. Nutmeg relaxes you. Also at walmart, they have something called ZzzQuil pure Zzz's. It really works well and it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep longer through the night and the thing I like about it is that there's no next day grogginess.
Medical marijuana, walking meditation, writing, crying, basically the only thing that really helps is getting outside, getting away from normal and being in nature. And crying. Sometimes I post things on here just to let them out. People aren’t always nice, but you get used to everyone thinking whatever they want and taking care of you.
