Anyone here with anxiety, high stress and panic attack problems? How do you deal with it?

What do you do or think about to calm yourself down?

Medical marijuana, walking meditation, writing, crying, basically the only thing that really helps is getting outside, getting away from normal and being in nature. And crying. Sometimes I post things on here just to let them out. People aren’t always nice, but you get used to everyone thinking whatever they want and taking care of you.
